Greetings from Bunkdays Outdoor Recreation Pvt. Ltd. Here is the itinerary for 11 Days 10 Nights at the Land of Passes, Ladakh from Srinagar to Ladakh to Manali via Tso Moiriri.

A trip to Ladakh is every biker’s dream! However, it isn’t as easy as it might seem to be but you have nothing to worry about with Bunkdays. Ladakh, which is rightly called ‘The Land of High Passes’ is one of the most captivating regions of India. The landscapes are so beautiful that you’ll end up adoring them for hours and so, Ladakh is a dream destination for all young hearts!

  • Personal expenses like Telephone, Laundry, Tips and Table Drinks etc.
  • The cost of any spare parts that will be used as a result of an accident while the motorcycle is in the rider's ownership.
  • The cost of transferring or towing the motorcycle if it is dropped along the road.
  • Vehicle servicing or maintenance cost (if own bike)
  • Security deposit per motorbike of Rs. 5,000/- as per the deposit policy and This is refundable at the end of the trip if there is no damage or spare parts used.
  • Parking and Monument Entry fees
  • If any additional accommodation/food due to any delay, charges will be extra.
  • Riding Gears for rider which can be hired (Knee pads and Elbow guards at Rs. 750/- for the whole trip)
  • In case of any unforeseen weather conditions or government restrictions, certain activities may be canceled. In such cases, the operator shall try his best to provide an alternate feasible activity. However, no refund will be provided for the same.

Day 1: Arrival at Srinagar, To Sonmarg

• You will be picked up from Srinagar Airport, Badgam and transfer to hotel at Srinagar/Sonmarg.
• Today will be a leisure day. Get comfortable with the new weather and environment.
• Briefing about the Tour followed by Dinner.
• Get a good night's sleep and prepare for a once-in-a-lifetime adventurous trip!

Day 2: Sonmarg to Kargil (122 km/ 5-6 hrs)

• Have breakfast at the hotel.
• We proceed to Kargil. En route, we will pass through the famous Zojila Pass, which is in Drass Village and 2nd coldest inhabited place in the world. Enjoy magnificent view of the famous peaks of the Kargil War (Tiger and Tololing) from the Vijay War Memorial Hall.
• Reach Kargil by Evening. Dinner and Overnight stay at Kargil.

Day 3: Kargil to Leh (217 km/6-7 hrs)

• After breakfast, start riding to Leh (the largest city of Ladakh).
• Enroute we will visit Lamayuru, one of the oldest Monasteries of Ladakh and enjoy magnificent view of the Moon Landscape. We will also visit sightseeing places of Ladakh like Magnetic Hill, Pathar Sahib Gurudwara and Hall of Fame museum.
• After arrival at Leh in Evening. Check in into the hotel which will be followed by Dinner and Overnight stay at the hotel

Day 4: Leh to Nubra Valley (160 km/4/5 hrs)

• Have breakfast at the hotel.
• Get ready, as you will ride to Nubra Valley through the highest motorable road (Khardung La, 18,380 ft)) of the world and enter the beautiful Nubra Valley. You will stop at North Pullu for Lunch.
• Will stop at a small village between Diskit and Hunder Village which is famous for ATV ride and Camel ride (double humped camels that are only present in Ladakh & Mongolia) in the Sand Dunes.
• Dinner and Stay overnight at Nubra Valley

Day 5: NUBRA VALLEY – SHYOK - PANGONG TSO

• After breakfast, we will visit Diskit Monastery (Big Buddha Statue) and later leave for Pangong Tso, the largest lake of Ladakh.
• We'll be biking alongside the Shyok River for the most of the route. We will come across places like Agham, a beautiful tiny village where the road cuts for Wari La (en route Leh) and halt at Durbok for Lunch, where road cuts for Chang La and Pangong Tso and then Tangste Checkpost.
• Check in into the camps at Pangong Lake. Enjoy beautiful Stargazing at night.
• Dinner and Stay Overnight at Pangong Tso.

Day 6: PANGONG – CHANG LA - LEH

• Wake up to the sight of the magnificent Pangong Tso on a cool morning.We will leave early so that we can visit Thiksey Monastery and Shey Palace. We will visit places like Tsoltak which is a small lake, and also the climb for Chang La (17,590 ft, 2nd highest pass of the world) starts from here and later halt at Karu/Shakti for Lunch.
• Dinner and Stay Overnight at Leh

Day 7: Leh to Tso Moiriri via Chumathang (215 km/6-7 hrs)

• Today after breakfast, we will drive to Tso Moirir via Upshi and Chumathang, a total of 215 kms drive/ride.
• The Indus River will be your companion for the most of the voyage. The trail is a mix of sand and dirt trails with tiny stones sprinkled throughout. The view at the end of it, however, makes it all worthwhile.
• Dinner and Ovenright stay at Tso Moiriri.

Day 8: TSO MOIRIRI (KORZOK) – TSO KAR - SARCHU

• Today after breakfast, we will drive to Sarchu (228 km/4-5 hrs)
• Backtrack from Korzok until you reach the Mahe Bridge, then take the diversion to Tso Kar. The road from Mahe Bridge is in bad shape, yet it's a haven for off-road enthusiasts.
• Dinner and Stay overnight at Sarchu Tent.

Day 9: SARCHU – ATAL TUNNEL - MANALI

• Today after breakfast, ride to Manali via Atul Tunnel.
• By crossing Baralacha La (4845 m), you can enjoy a lovely picturesque journey. Lunch will be served in the village of Sissu.
• Later We begin our journey to Manali via the Atal Tunnel from here. When you arrive in Manali, check into your hotels and report all motorcycles to our Bunkdays trip crew.
• Dinner and overnight stay at the hotel

Day 10: Manali to Delhi (614 km/15-16 hrs)

• Have your breakfast at the hotel.
• Check out from the hotel.
• You can explore the beautiful Manali at your own and later in the evening, board bus to Delhi.
• Take back a bag full of happy and adventurous memories with Bunkdays.
• Spend overnight journey in Volvo bus.

Day 11: Delhi Arrival

• Reach Delhi in the morning as per bus timings
